📦 Standard Shipping:

We offer $5 flat rate standard shipping via USPS, with estimated delivery within 1–5 business days after your order has been processed.

⏱ Processing Time:

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Our current processing time is 2–14 business days, depending on order volume. Each hat is made with care, and turnaround may vary during peak seasons.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages:

If USPS shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local USPS office directly. They can provide detailed delivery information, including where the package was left. YOU have all the information you need to FILE A CLAIM on the USPS website or with your local USPS.
